The Greenfield team consists of a well-balanced mix of entrepreneurship, skills and experiences in telecom and IT, banking, corporate finance (mergers & acquisitions, IPO's) and private equity.

Almost the entire team was actively involved in the founding of the Berghave and NEThave funds in 1999 and are still involved in managing these funds.

Overall the team has over 70 years of cumulative private equity experience and has experienced all stages and transaction structures in which Greenfield aims to invest.

Paul Janssens (1959) - Partner
Paul joined Greenfield in 1998 to set up the NEThave fund. Prior to NEThave, Paul had several senior management position at KPN Telecom including director Mobile Communications, and was responsible within KPN Multimedia for participations and M&A. Paul has extensive sales and marketing experience. He is active in private equity since 1996.

Stef van Doesburg (1966) - Managing Partner
Stef joined Greenfield in 1998 as director of Corporate Finance. Formerly he was employed as a senior manager of Corporate Finance at Price Waterhouse in both Amsterdam and London. He has extensive transaction experience in both national and international context and has completed over 30 mergers, acquisitions and divestments. Stef is active in the private equity sector since 1997.

Bart Zandbergen (1971) - Partner
Bart joined Greenfield in 1999. Initially, he held a position as corporate finance manager at Greenfield, focusing on deals in the mobile and fixed line telecom business and Internet consultancy. After that he became an investment manager for the NEThave fund. Prior to Greenfield, he was consultant at KPMG on corporate finance and restructuring issues. Before joining KPMG he held an internship at a top five Dutch law firm and set up joint ventures and a distribution network throughout Asia and for a Dutch industrial company.

Marc Jongerius (1972) - Partner
Marc joined Greenfield in 2000. He started as corporate finance manager, responsible for M&A transactions with privately owned companies in a variety of sectors. After that he became investment manager for several private equity funds managed by Greenfield. Prior to Greenfield, he worked with Price Waterhouse in both Transaction Services and Audit & Business Advisory departments.

Emiel Havinga (1975) - Senior Investment Manager
Emiel joined Greenfield in the beginning of 2000 and is currently a senior investment manager. Prior to Greenfield he held a trainee position at VDBG Corporate Finance where he worked as a business analyst, primarily focusing on company valuations.

Roel Harting (1977) - Senior Investment Manager
Roel joined Greenfield beginning of 2005. Prior to Greenfield he worked for four years for Corporate Development International (CDI) in Amsterdam, focusing on M&A advisory and execution.

Felix Guepin (1976) - In-house councel
Felix joined Greenfield early 2006. Prior to Greenfield he worked for two and a half years with NautaDutilh N.V. in Rotterdam in the section Corporate, focusing on M&A projects.

Ralph De Kleermaeker (1979) - Investment Manager
Ralph joined Greenfield in 2007. Prior to Greenfield he worked for three years at A.S. Watson, a global player in the retail market. His focus was on European acquisitions, large scale investment projects and investments in new European markets.

Yvonne Harlaar (1968) - Fund controller
Yvonne joined the controlling department in 1995. She has worked mainly as controller to the private equity activities of Greenfield. Before Greenfield, she worked at Paardekooper&Hoffman Accountants and Coopers&Lybrand Dijker van Dien (now PWC). Yvonne is qualified as a registered auditor (RA/CPA).

Yvette Mandersloot heads the office management at Greenfield, assisted by Anne-Marije Lagerweij.
