Greenfield Capital Partners is an independent Dutch private equity investor with an entrepreneurial investment approach. The added value of the team and the influential and loyal business network are the core of Greenfield’s success. Since its start in 1995, Greenfield has managed several funds and invested in more than 100 companies in different sectors, in the Benelux and abroad.

Meanwhile a large part of the original funds are successfully finalized. Currently Greenfield manages four active funds of which three funds are fully invested.

Greenfield’s current investment focus is aimed at mid- to later-stage companies in primarily the Benelux, with an emphasis on the telecom, media and technology sector. Greenfield invests in companies that are not able to realize their underlying values independently, due to a (temporary) lack of financial resources. This underlying value potential can be recognized in growth, MBO/MBI, buy-and-build opportunities or strategic re-positioning. Greenfield uses a hands-on approach and is directly involved in realizing the company’s value.
